Nun with a (big) gun from RAFM

A nun with a gatling gun from RAFM - what could possibly go wrong?
This one has it’s given place among the priests and nuns of the CSSS, my Pulp Alley Vatican-league. Well, she obviously has a given place in most pulp games, I mean… a nun with a gatling gun!
April has so far been extremely slow on the miniatures front. This is actually the first mini painted. I’ve been in a painting slump, but yesterday evening everything clicked and my brushes got a well-deserved work-out. I really don’t know why it’s been so slow after Gothcon, but that seem to be a thing of the past. Painting is so fun!

  1. Very funny! I'm sure she'll make an impact in due course.

    1. Sooner rather than later.
She will replace Padre Sicario (as she is his sister, Suora Sicaria)

  2. Nicely done. A step or two up from rapping an errant pupil over the knuckles with a wooden ruler.

    1. She told me that this is by far more satisfying.
There is nothing quite like shouting "Repent!" two seconds before letting loose with a gatling, according to Suora Sicaria.

    1. Well, she would work well with a burst ability, but I've already got a nice mini for that. Instead she will be a sidekick with exactly the same abilities as my present Soldato Sicario (she's his sister, after all) - Eagle eyed, Veteran and Deadeye, meaning she can shoot at any enemy (not only the closest) and she'll ignore multipel combats penalty when shooting (those two goes well with the gatling) and she'll have a greater range which also works well here.
My idea is to remove the Italian soldiers from the league, and replace them with priests and nuns. I guess the Vatican wants to distance itself from Mussolini :-)
      Pray and spray!

  4. A worthy new addition to the CSSS, she looks blessed, ready to do the work of the lord redeeming all those non believers. Indeed anyone not from the true faith.

I wonder if she has a bumper badge - something along the lines of " repent or be redeemed you spawn of Satan"

The glasses make her look so motherly and gentle but hide a stainless steel interior.

I'm with Frank on the Bah hum bug, about painting, I like to see them done but don't enjoy the doing.

    1. I really like that serene look combined with the big gun :)
Well, for me painting is a really enjoyable part. I can sit down and concentrate on one thing and let all worries just wash away. A de-stresser.
