Dungeon vermin from Reaper

Here we have a bunch of small critters from Reaper’s Bones range that I got from one of their kickstarters. Giant centipedes, beetles, ticks and a large Prairie Tick Queen.
A bit crude sculpts, especially the legs on the beetles and ticks, but good enough as vermin.
I think they will see action in my coming Paleo Diet: Eat or be Eaten campaign, which will se cave-men (or women) against dinosaurs and other historically correct adversaries :)

  1. Well `critters' featured heavily in the King Kong remake so in 60000 bikini BC I doubt if anyone will complain.

    1. Hi there, Frank!
Yep, you can never have to many of these small vermin-types.

  3. Little critters are always useful. Palaeo Diet, when did this happen, have I missed anything, it sounds like something you will do excellently and I'm really looking forward to it. Do you have any sort of timescale?
    Cheers

    1. It is all your fault! :)
I think I have everything needed for a game... that is, in unpainted plastics and resin. You've seen critters and dinos, a couple more to come.
Got a very nice bunch of (unpainted) tribes-men (ehrm... tribes-women actually) that will blend in well with the dinos and other historically more or less correct critters. First one will be painted soon and shown on a blog near you.
Timescale... weeeeell... when it's all ready ;-)

  4. Well, they say bugs are a good source of protein... (to which I say "yuck"). That paleo diet. :P

Nice work on the creepy crawlies.

    1. Thanks!
I'm totally with you on bug-protein, but I hear that my tribes-women are rather fond of centipede-meat. Tastes like chicken (just like just about everything except KFC)
