Another
hero finished, this time Nelly.
As usual I tried to paint her true to the
illustrations, to be able to identify her easily on the gaming board.
Another
five zombies done also, this time some of the females.
I’m
slowly getting everything in the box painted, hopefully before the rest of the
kickstarter-stuff arrives.
Nelly looks like a fury! But she is excellent painted! The zombies to BTW!

Thank you, Peter!
DeleteNice work dude. I like how she fits her artworks pose great looking model and paint job.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Simon!
DeleteThe character models are surpringly good, actually, and great fun to paint.
Nelly is very impressive. She looks like an Oktoberfest barmaid who is tired of taking crap from the customers. :)
ReplyDeleteI like the female zombies - they look like a debutantes' ball gone terribly, terribly wrong.
Speaking of zombies, I am looking for some 1930s era zombies. Any ideas?
I think she's had it with all the groping :-)
Delete!930s zombies... tricky. You might find some suitable at Studio Miniatures, zombie Professor Beattie from Hasslefree could work. Nothing else comes to mind. If I see something I'll contact you.
These Black Plague figs really are superb...and you're doing a grand job on them!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Gordon!
DeleteThe characters are really great, the zombies a bit less so, but still good.
I'm looking forward to the huge bunch of stretch-goals coming within months, hopefully. But first I have to finish what I have!
Very nice work!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Laffe.
DeleteYou're welcome to a game.
...but had to do the laundry....
DeleteTalk about priorities!
Nellie looks amazing, fabulous job.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I'm pretty pleased with all the heroes so far and really looking forward to the rest of them. More heroes will really do wonders with replayability.
DeleteGreat work!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteFantastic miniature!
